Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what you give us to book a session, we use it to run the engagement, and we don't sell it to anyone. The longer version follows.

What we collect

When you book a session, we collect what you type into the intake form: your name, email, organization, role, organization type, decision authority, and any context you choose to share.

Payment card details never touch our servers. Checkout is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe or Square), and we receive only a payment confirmation, the amount, and a payment reference.

We record basic funnel events (which step was reached, whether a payment succeeded) to understand where the booking process loses people. These events are tied to a booking reference, not to advertising identifiers.

How we use it

To prepare for and deliver the session you booked, to send your receipt and calendar invite, and to follow up on retainer inquiries.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers required to operate the booking system: our payment processor, our scheduling provider (Cal.com), and our hosting infrastructure.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and client history. Email us to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we will honor it within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain specific records.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. Session storage is used only to keep your intake answers from being lost mid-booking.
